Empty rank for squad members

Most Europe squad members got reset to an empty/missing rank, with a few strange exceptions: the owner, the 2 managers, and exzamp and Lafferty who are the only 2 members who got affected by this bug last time, and whom I had manually set back to "Member" back then. Setting one of them back to "Member" (Inter) seems to work with no side effects, I left the others untouched in case you want to take a look. Players who joined the squad tonight/today also seem unaffected by it (Baa and Tiger).
