Okay so I Re-editted the idea, I think it is now a readable thread, thanks.
At first, All of the players that take place in the league are devided into 4 different teams.
Each team has one "Team Captain", The captain can choose up to 3 players to be on his team.
After the "Team Captains" have chosen their 3 best allies, All of the other players are getting Calc'd into the 4 teams.
The players skill level is based on a pole, Just like in UPL, There will be a list of all the players taking place in the league and players will rate them annonymously.
Each team will have the same amount of players and will be balanced with the same skill level.
"Team Captains" will be able to take place in the league and will be chosen by the community in an auction.
After the teams are being set, There will be a week of trading players, In that week the refs will choose who to remove where if there has been a problem caused by bug / Stupid captains.
How to trade players: In the trading week a captain can trade up to 3 players from NA and 3 players from EU
no matter what their skill level is, This rule is there to give "Team Captains" the chance to play with a friend they like or squad members.
After the trading week "Team Captains" will still be able to trade players, Just in a harder way that will be said in a few sentences.
Each team starts with 1500 points, The first team to get to 2000 Points will win the season.
The League will be played in
4 different maps!
The first map will be
Miniball- Miniball games will be played to 10, Without a time limit, Miniball games will be played only 3v3 and will worth 5 points.
The second map will be
Hockey- Hockey games will be played to 10, With a
30 Minutes time limit!, Hockey games will be played only 3v3 and will worth 10 points.
The third map will be
Race - Pay attention, It's a bit trickey.
Race games will be played 3v3v3v3 OR 4v4v4v4 without a time limit.
Race games will be played
only with a ref, Race games will give the winning team 8 points.
The forth map will change every week. - And therefor the rules are now not known yet.
When a team loses a game, It does not lose points,
It is only possible to gain points! not to lose them!Bad/Punish and other naughty things- When a player leaves in Hock/ Doesn't apear to the game a ref is called and will bad the player.
Notice- A demo has to be saved if the player has threw the game or what so ever.
Once a player is getting badded, His team automatically loses half of the game's worth, And the opposite team will automatically get a win.
For example, Ham Meet Sillver vs Cool Surreal Kieft is played in hockey.
Cool has an urgent meeting with his psychologist and he has to leave the game! Cool's team will lose 5 points while Ham's team will gain 10, Cool will be banned for 24 hours from the league.
3v2 Games will not be possible unless the 2 players team is winning by more than 5 points, Or if the score is 9-9, And thats only with a Ref permission.
If a player leaves at Race, His team loses only 2 Points, His team will have the option of going on without him without a ref's permission.
Another thing, When a player is badded, He can't take apart in
Any game for the next 24 hours.(Like in Cool's situation).
Reffs/Operators- Reffs will be chosen in an Auction before the league starts.
Reffs won't be able to take places in the league, This rule is there because a reff will never be objective when he's in someone's team.
Reff will have the power of Reffing a Race, Banning players, Badding players, Unbanning players and more.
Trading players- After the week of trading, The trading system changes, A player will be sold for 25 League points,
No matter what his skill level is.
The first 3 players chosen by "Team Captains" will be out of the trading zone, They are here to stay.
Limits- A player can play up to 3 games from each map a day unless it's Race, Race won't have any limits.
Captains will be able to play 1 game from each map each day unless it's Race.
Gain some bonusses- When a team plays with more than 75% of it's players in 1 week, The team will automatically gain 15 League points.
If a team plays with more than 75% of it's players in 1 day, They will get 25 points.
NOTICE: This is only possible once, Which means if your team is playing all the time with all of it's players you won't get 25 points each day.
